To ensure your privacy and confidentiality, for online lab test purchase, UHA accepts major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal Checks can also be accepted. Please note that your personal checks may delay your testing as we must wait or verify for your check to clear prior to testing Universal Health Access offers Lab test services for informational purposes, not providing any consultation for diagnosis and treatment. UHA is not liable for any loss and damage procuring during service.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your Lab Test at any time before you go to PSC center for your blood drawn. However, your refund will be less 3% ( needs to be varify from the credit card how much they charge) from your original total amount. This is a processing fee charge by the credit card company for processing your credit card.

Once your blood has been drawn by the PSC center and sent to laboratory for processing and testing no refund can be made.
If any reason Laboratory is unable to process your blood or specimen and lab test not performed, full amount will be refund.
